How do I choose the right microscope or product for me?

Fullerscope provides the world’s first online microscope configurator for most of our range.  This allows you to specify the microscope to your exact needs, and add on accessories while seeing live price updates.

What payment methods do you accept?

Our online store accepts payments by debit and credit cards from VISA, Mastercard and American Express – from customers in every country, in 135 different currencies.  If you are unable to pay by card, please contact us and we can provide you with instructions for domestic and international direct bank transfer.

Do you charge for shipping and where do you ship to?

We ship free of charge for all orders over £500.  For orders below £500 there is a small shipping charge calculated by the weight of your order and shipping address.

Orders processed online can ship to the UK and all of Europe.  For shipping to the USA and Canada, please contact us and a member of our sales team can process your order for you.

All shipments are fully insured during transit.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Shipping dates vary depending on where you are located.  We only ship using reliable, trackable couriers, and we always opt for fast shipping services.  Your order is processed same-day and most orders are delivered in 3 – 7 days from date of order.  You will be provided with tracking information for your order as soon as it is available.

If you need your item urgently please contact us and we will do everything we can to expedite your order.

How long will it take to receive my quotation?

If you have contacted us through our website to request a quotation, you can usually expect to hear back from a member of our sales team within 1 hour.  During peak times, we always try to respond to quotation requests within a maximum of 24 hours.

If your request is urgent, please do not hesitate to contact us by phone and a member of our sales team will speak with you directly.

What are your opening hours?

Our online store is open for orders 24hrs a day, 365 days a year.  Additionally, our sales team are standing by to assist you with your enquiry on the phone Monday – Friday, 09:00 – 17:30 GMT.

What is your returns policy?

Returns are accepted within 30 days from date of order.  All items must be returned unused and in their original packaging.  To request a return please contact us at info@fullerscope.com. Further information about returns can be found on our returns policy page.

Microscope Servicing - How often should I have my microscope serviced?

Depending on how often your microscope is used, we generally recommend having your microscope serviced once each year.  Annual microscope servicing ensures that your microscope continues to operate at peak performance, and helps to avoid faults developing that could result in expensive repairs.

Microscope Repairs - What is wrong with my microscope?

If you are having a problem with your microscope, please contact us immediately for advice.  It could be a simple issue that we can rectify free of charge over the phone, or it might be something we need to diagnose in our dedicated Repair Centre.  We offer free diagnosis of faults for all microscope issues with a no-obligation quotation to rectify the problem.  Never continue to use a microscope which is faulty as continued use could cause further damage.

Microscope Hire - Can I hire a microscope from you?

Fullerscope stocks a wide range of dedicated microscopes, cameras and lighting solutions to hire for all applications.   All of our equipment is serviced, disinfected and tested before your hire to ensure it is in top condition and safe to use.  We also provide free, unlimited support during your hire to help you get the best experience possible.  To request a hire, please contact us.

Imaging Service - Can you capture images of my specimens for me?

Fullerscope has a team of imaging specialists and the latest imaging technology to capture flawless images and movies of your specimens.  This work can take place in our imaging suite or on-site in your laboratory.  All captured images are supplied via secure online download for speed and ease, and all image rights are retained by you. To discuss booking an imaging service, please contact us.

Training - Can you train me on my microscope or camera?

Fullerscope experts are available for online and on-site training sessions for yourself or your team.  We are fully experienced in all makes and models of microscopes, cameras and software and can provide you with a bespoke training solution to ensure you get the very best out of your equipment.  To discuss training options, please contact us.
